Eric Spencer Cott is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry with over three decades of experience. He was previously the sales director of RIA Database. His career has been marked by significant contributions to various aspects of wealth management and financial advisory services. Mr. Cott is a 30+ year veteran in the industry who has supported, served as, and directed financial advisors through several roles. In 2024, he was the conference and media sales publisher for Financial Advisor Magazine, where he led the ninth Annual Invest in Women conference. Notably, Eric spent over a decade at the Options Industry Council as director of financial advisor education, where he created the first dedicated education platform helping advisors and their firms to use options more effectively and led the first-ever quantitative research study on options usage by advisors.
